30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, modified, or returned without all original components may not qualify for a refund.

90-Day Limited Warranty

At VOLSAFE EMERGENCY READY, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Every eligible product purchased from our store is covered by a 90-Day Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

If an eligible product develops a covered defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund if a replacement is not available.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
